Review of the Economics of Climate Change in the Caribbean

The United Nations Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC) through its Subregional Headquarters for the Caribbean in Port-of-Spain, and its Sustainable Development and Human Settlements Division in Santiago, Chile, in collaboration with The Department for International Development (DFID) of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and the CARICOM Secretariat through the Caribbean Community Climate Change Centre (CCCCC) will be implementing jointly, the Second and Third Phases of the project titled"A Review of the Economics of Climate Change" in the Caribbean region.

Please see the attached terms of reference for each of the following sectors to be used in the identification of consultants: Agriculture, Energy, Forestry, Health, Marine and Coastal, Tourism and Water.
